We create busy lives! Choosing to constantly fill our plate. The bad about busy though is not being able to give to, spend time with and hear the needs of the most important person in your life: YOU. Sitting with ourselves in stillness, quiet enough to hear what our heart needs right now can be awkward and scary. But the process of inner strength and unshakable confidence starts with being self-aware. Being able to sit with yourself and take inventory of what’s off track in your heart, mind and body, and also to be grateful for what you’ve accomplished or been gifted. Being self-aware builds confidence and confidence is sexy. I was born in San Diego, but mom's family is from Wattay Noi, Ban Nong Pa Nai, Vientiane and dad's family is from Ban Simano, Had Sai Fong District, Vientiane ———————————

I am the Co-Founder of London Valor, a fashion tech brand that makes smart handbags to keep you organized and connected without compromising design ———————————
What do you aspire to?
Ultimately, to be a voice for HOPE in many capacities: business, politics, media, fashion, education, family, economics and religion ———————————
What would you like to recommend to the people? 
My 3 years of living and working in Laos from 2014-2017 was gnarly and life changing. I highly recommend every Lao abroad try it, to be fully immersed in our culture. Oh! and surfing. After catching some solid waves you'll be happier, friendlier and more relaxed from the endorphins, adrenaline and serotonin you get from surfing. ———————————

Pida Kongphouthone @bluestar_pida - I've only really gotten to know the brother and his amazing work ethics in the past 6 months. I've enjoyed working on LAOSD under his leadership.
